*The practical prevalence rate of the applied product depends on the nature of the surface, the surrounding conditions, the method of application, the thickness of the actual dry layer of the product, and the rate of waste (to avoid waste must be ascertained - when purchasing - the amount of paint suitable for the surfaces to be painted).

Surface processing:

• All new concrete surfaces require a period of time of at least 28 days. for total drought before applying the foundation. 

• The old paint must be completely removed from previously painted surfaces and free of holes, pits, protrusions and any fragile areas.

• The surface must be solid from appendages, dust, dust, grease, oils, salts and mold.

• Make sure the surface is clean, dry and bug-free           

• Treatment of cracks and small pits with a suitable filler (ready paste with AL-Shabah oil & AL-Shabah cracks paste & AL-Shabah fatnet).

• The temperature during application should not be less than 5°C, the surface humidity should not exceed 8%, and the surrounding relative humidity should not exceed 70.%

• The alkaline should not exceed the surface (9 = pH) before use.

• The paint should be well flipped.

• Do not paint the next layer unless the previous layer is completely dry, taking into account the minimum time between coating the two layers.

Adequate ventilation should be provided during application.

At 25°C. Validity period: 3 years

warehousing:

 Within a sealed container and in a dry, moderate and well-ventilated place in accordance with local regulations.

Safety guidelines:

• The product should be treated with caution before and during the application.

• Avoid contact with the eye and skin or inhale its spray and fumes during application.

• It is recommended to use the product in well-ventilated places. • The product must be kept out of the reach of children.

For the safety of the environment:

Please deliver excess paint residues and packaging to the nearest certified AL-Shabah paint branches for environmental safety or recycling purposes.

Note: Waste and empty bottles are disposed of in accordance with local regulations specified in the pollution control and environmental protection laws.
