The use:
It is used for leveling and smoothing all types of concrete surfaces, columns and internal plastering surfaces of walls and ceilings.

تجهيز السطح:
• يجب إزالة الأتربة والزيوت والشحوم والمواد العالقة والدهانات التي تؤثر على الإلتصاقية مع السطح.
• رطب السطح بإستخدام الماء النظيف عند التطبيق .
surface processing:
• Dust, oil, grease, suspended matter and paints that affect adhesion to the surface must be removed.
• Wet the surface using clean water upon application.
الخلط:
• يتم إضافة كمية الماء المناسبة (٩٫٥ – ١٠٫٥ لتر / ٢٥ كجم للكيس الواحد) إلى وعاء خلط نظيف.
• ثم يتم إضافة البودرة ( كيس فتنبت الشبح ٢٥ كجم ) إلى الماء تدريجيا أثناء الخلط بالسرعة البطيئة بإستخدام الخلاط الميكانيكي. إستمر في الخلط لمدة ٣ دقائق حتى الحصول على خليط متجانس. . ً
• يمكن خلط الكميات الصغيرة حتى ٥ كجم يدويا ً للإستخدام.
• يترك الخليط لمدة من ١٠ - ١٥ دقيقة ثم يعاد خلطه مره أخرى ويكون المنتج جاهزاً للاستخدام .
إرشادات التطبيق:
• بعد تجهيز الخليط يتم التطبيق بإستخدام سكينة المعجون أو المسطرين للحصول على سماكة ١-٢ مم ويمكن تطبيق أكثر من طبقة للحصول على سماكات أعلى من ٢مم.
• إستخدم الخليط خلال ٣ ساعات من الخلط.
• ينصح برش المنتج بالماء النظيف لمدة يومين على الأقل بعد ١٢ ساعة من التطبيق وذلك لإتمام عملية الصلابة.
أدوات التطبيق:
• سكينة المعجون.
• مكشطة اللياسة اليدوية (المسطرين) .
• ماكينة الرش.
نظام التطبيق:
• تطبيق طبقتين من فتنيت الشبح .
• يتم تطبيق أى نوع من أنظمة الدهانات الداخليه .
تنظيف الأدوات:
• يتم تنظيف الأدوات مباشرة بعد الإنتهاء من التطبيق بالماء النظيف أو تنظيفها ميكانيكيا في حالة جفاف المادة.
التعبئة:
• كيس ٢٥ كجم.
إرشادات الإستعمال والسلامة:
• يجب إرتداء الملابس والنظارات الواقية وقفازات الحماية لليد وحماية الوجه.
• عند ملامسة المنتج للعين يجب غسيلها مباشرة بكمية وفيرة من الماء النظيف وإستشارة الطبيب المتخصص.
• يحفظ المنتج بعيدا عن متناول الأطفال.
Confused:
• Add the appropriate amount of water (9.5 - 10.5 liters / 25 kg per bag) to a clean mixing bowl.
• Then the powder (a 25 kg bag of shabeh sprouts) is gradually added to the water while mixing at a slow speed using a mechanical mixer. Continue mixing for 3 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.
• Small quantities up to 5 kg can be mixed manually for use.
• Leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes, then mix it again and the product is ready for use.
Application Instructions:
• After preparing the mixture, it is applied using a putty knife or ruler to obtain a thickness of 1-2 mm, and more than one layer can be applied to obtain thicknesses greater than 2 mm.
• Use the mixture within 3 hours of mixing.
• It is recommended to spray the product with clean water for at least two days after 12 hours of application in order to complete the hardening process.
Application tools:

• Spray machine.
Application system:
• Applying two layers of Fitnit Al Shabeh.
• Any kind of interior paint systems are applied.
Cleaning tools:
• Tools are cleaned immediately after application is completed with clean water or mechanically cleaned if the material is dry.

Instructions for use and safety:
• Protective clothing, goggles, hand protection gloves and face protection must be worn.
• When the product comes into contact with the eyes, it should be washed immediately with plenty of clean water, and a specialist doctor should be consulted.
• Keep the product out of the reach of children.
